Pickle Bob’sTM Soft Serve has become a Haymarket landmark since opening in 2003 and has set its standards of quality unusually high. This is no exception for our brand new Bristow Virginia location! Every batch of our Premium Hard Ice Cream, Authentic Fresh Italian Gelato & Sorbets will be made on site. We hand-roll our freshly baked waffle cones and make fresh Belgium Waffles as you wait! As for toppings, we offer only the freshest fruits, the finest nuts, the sweetest candies, and the yummiest cookies around. Pickle Bob'sTM was the creation of owners Terri & Michael and no…there is no one named Bob or Pickle in the family! (However since opening they did get a Yorkshire Terrier and his nick name is Mr. Pickles!) The name was Terri’s creation and what a catchy name it has turned out to be! Mike & Terri really enjoy it when young kids just learning to talk can say Pickle Bob’s with a big grin! We know it is an odd name for a family ice cream business, but we bet you won’t forget it!
