What is Gelato?
Gelato, or the plural Gelati, is Italian ice cream made from milk and sugar, combined with other flavorings. The gelato ingredients (after an optional pasteurization) are frozen while stirring to break up ice crystals as they form. Like high end ice cream, gelato generally has less than 35% air - resulting in a dense and extremely flavourful product. Our Gelato is made fresh and has only 4-7% fat so it is better for you too! We have Dairy Based Gelato, Water Bases Gelatos (Sorbets), Sugar Free Gelato & Low fat Gelato (Yogurt)

Why do you call it Pickle Bob'sTM?
Pickle Bob'sTM was the creation of owners Terri & Michael and no…there is no one named Bob or Pickle in the family! (However since opening they did get a Yorkshire Terrier and his nick name is Mr. Pickles!) The name was Terri’s creation and what a catchy name it has turned out to be! We know it is an odd name for a family ice cream business, but we bet you won’t forget it!
